The order can be made simply and quickly, directly on the site. The product chosen just add it to the cart and then follow the instructions of the system.
What payment methods are available in the shop?
By purchasing on giallobus.com you have the opportunity to use the most convenient and best known payment methods in the world. You can choose between fast and secure online payment methods (Paypal, credit card, online transfers) or credit by bank transfer directly to our bank account.
Is it possible to pay on delivery?
No, unfortunately there is no such possibility. Each product is made individually, after receipt of payment - for this reason cash payments are unfortunately not possible.
What are the timing of the implementation of the order?
The time of order fulfillment is different and depends on the type of product ordered.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs of our products depend mainly on the bulk of the products. Standard shipping costs are EUR 9.90. In the case of multiple purchases of products of the same type, the shipping costs are calculated only once for each order (ie: even if you order several products of the same type together, the shipment is unique), only the bulk will be taken into account of the resulting package.
If you order different types of products together, shipping costs are calculated by adding up the bulk of each item. Where possible, the products will be shipped in a single package, otherwise (such as larger products) will be shipped individually. The customer will receive only one shipment consisting of one or more packages.
I received a damaged package. What should I do?
We are aware that the products we offer are quite fragile, which is why we care so much that the packaging process is very accurate. Each painting is packed in accordance with the needs of the most renowned global forwarders. Fortunately, damage to the goods during transport is very rare, however, if it turns out, we ask you to accept the package with reserve and contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do everything to find a solution to the problem as soon as possible.
If the product does not meet my expectations, can I send it back?
Yes, of course you have the possibility to use the right of withdrawal within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires physical possession of the last good - we only ask you to contact our customer service first to agree all the details.
How to apply the sticker? Can the stickers be placed on any type of surface?
Our stickers can be placed on any smooth and clean surface (no silicone) - instead it is not recommended to apply them on rough or porous surfaces (in this case the adhesive does not adhere well to the wall and can be damaged more easily).
Once the adhesive is applied, can it be removed from the wall?
Yes, it is possible, but once detached from the wall, the adhesive is no longer usable. In addition, the removed adhesive often leaves the marks of the glue on the wall, so after removing the adhesive from the wall it is advisable to repaint the walls.
Are the stickers water resistant? Can they also be placed in the bathroom?
Yes, the adhesives are resistant to moisture and can also be applied in the bathroom - but they cannot come into direct contact with water. It is therefore not advisable to position them for example. in the shower.
